A memorandum of cooperation between Nazarbayev Intellectual school of Physics and Mathematics in Taraz and startup company Lives’ Talk from South Korea was signed  in the capital.

The memorandum gives new perspectives of bilateral cooperation in the field of science, particularly, in the work on special GPS tracker for farmers.

– Signing the memorandum with the South Korean company is an important event for the school. We are aiming to teach students to work with startups and motivate them to create international projects, – underlined the principal of the Intellectual school in Taraz Talgat Bainazarov.

Let’s remind that, earlier twelfth grade students of Taraz Intellectual school Beknur Kalmakhanbet and Dauren Tenelbayev together with the academic advisers Mirlan Jussambayev and Kambar Tashenov proposed an improved model of Korean development for determining the animals’ location on pasture. They have constructed a linear generator that allows uninterrupted power supply to GPS tracker.

– We are very interested in working together with Kazakh students, who, I am sure, are the future CEOs of large companies, – said the director of Lives’ Talk Yoon Young Chan.

Now, thanks to the investments of the South Korean company, the development will be improved, and in the summer the team of startupers is going to test it in the Almaty region. It is planned that in the future the tracker will be offered free of charge to farmers of Kazakhstan.

– We plan to implement the project, to introduce new technologies in the agricultural sector throughout the country, – admitted the academic adviser of NIS students, physics teacher Mirlan Jussambayev.
