Research works of NIS Taraz students were awarded two prizes at the International scientific and practical conference “Linguistics for all” in the Russian capital.
According to the decision of the jury, the best work in the section “Language portrait of representatives of various professions” was the project of Islambek Sariev. The jury members noted the high level of training, professional approach and novelty of his work.
Students Yulia Khan and Aliya Maratova presented their work at the section “Professional terminology”. Of particular interest to the jury called “a Dictionary of feminities”, which was the result of the research work. The project of students received the 3rd place.
A separate jury prize was awarded to the project of Saparmurad Agarysov and Aigerim Ishchanova “Аdvertising Language as a means of manipulation”. As a result of their work, they created an online application “How to compose an advertising text”.
On the first day of the conference, were held round tables where students, along with well-known linguists, discussed topical issues of language development. The students of Taraz NIS Amina Nurlanbekkyzy, Islambek Sariev and Aigerim Ishchanova became the winners of linguistic games, organized on the same day.
It is worth noting the work of their leader, Russian language teacher Galina Stanishevskaya, who has prepared children for the competition.
