Students of Taraz Intellectual school met with South Kazakhstan runner Akmaral Meirman. The meeting “Better to be healthy” was organized within the framework of the school project “Smart Thursday”.
In the format of business training, the guest of the meeting spoke about how to combine hobbies and work, what to eat and how to achieve results in sports. Also shared effective types of training without gym and equipment.
Speaking about how to succeed in the work, the athlete stressed the importance of finding “your” profession and the desire to become a professional in their field.
It is important to note that in her 35 years Akmaral Meirman inspires many. She is the owner of the 2nd place of the traditional international marathon, which took place in Hanover, Germany, heads the athletics Federation of South Kazakhstan region, is engaged in business and has three children.
At the end of the meeting, students of the Intellectual school of Taraz thanked Akmaral Meirman for a meaningful conversation and handed her gifts made with their own hands.
