The project of the principal of the Nazarbayev Intellectual school Taraz Timur Nurkeshov took first place at the Republican contest “Festival of pedagogical ideas”, organized by the RSCP “Daryn”.
The winning project is aimed at improving the work with students. The idea is to create conditions for effective adaptation of students to the world around them by building an individual development trajectory.
– This model can be implemented in schools from grade 1 to University and used as a tool for comprehensive development of students: academic achievements of students, professional orientation, skills for effective use of personal time, self-management, success, – said Timur Seitkazievich about the project.
Prior to the submission to the competition working group of teachers under the leadership of Timur Nurkeshov identified an individual trajectory of student development. The study analyzed the results of the entrance exam, psychological monitoring, the test to identify giftedness, monitoring of subjects, interviews with parents, students and teachers, and then systematized information about the student. Based on the results of the study, was formed a model of the individual trajectory of the student’s development.
The project was highly appreciated by the jury and aroused great interest of the festival participants. Its author T. Nurkeshov plans to develop the project further and expand its scope of application.
The diploma of the RSPC “Daryn” was also awarded to the mathematics teacher of the Intellectual school of Taraz Rysbek Zhusupnazarov, who presented the project “Effective ways of converting some trigonometric expressions”.
At the festival, school principals, vice principals, teachers, educators and methodologists, and psychologists from different regions of the country presented their pedagogical ideas in the Tedx format.
