Teambuilding is a modern way of forming a cohesive team, in which each member of the team finds its place and is able to maximize its talents. All kinds of team building create conditions for free informal communication, help to strengthen corporate ties and teach to work in a team.
To this end, on January 8, the teachers-psychologists of the school organized a team building for school teachers. The event was held in a game format to relieve tension and fatigue before the start of a new academic quarter. Teachers played team games called “Princess – Dragon – Prince”, “Proximity of Interests”.
According to the participants of team building, they received a charge of cheerfulness, their moods improved and they got rid of fatigue.
