Психологическая служба

Purpose: To support and develop mental health, well-being of participants in the educational process through the organization of a system of psychological and pedagogical support for adaptive behavior, overcoming developmental difficulties, reducing educational and work stress, life self-determination - subject and career-oriented choice.

All areas of psychological and pedagogical support and support for participants in the educational process are included:

1. Psychodiagnostics (assessment of resources, risk factors and protection);

2. Psychocorrective and developmental work (individual and group work);

3. Counseling of students, teachers and parents (the duration of one consultation is 40-50 minutes, observing all stages of counseling)

4. Psychological prevention, education and psychoeducation (prevention of abuse, suicide prevention, psychophysiology, age-related needs, etc.)

5. Expert activity (participation and writing opinions at the PMPC, writing opinions at the request of law enforcement agencies, participation in commissions, administrative meetings requiring psychological clarification of the situation, examination of internal and external programs)

6. Organizational and methodological work (analysis and planning of work, preparation of methodological materials /resources for events, participation in groups for the development of developmental, correctional, preventive programs; registration of an office, analytical and reporting documentation, manuals and methodological recommendations, availability of a professional library).

7. Professional development and professional development (training in advanced training courses within the NICHE network, outside the NICHE network, participation in professional communities and events of various levels (meetings, scientific and practical seminars and conferences, round tables, methodological associations) within the NICHE network, outside the NICHE network, supervision, intervention, emotional support groups psychological support).
