Currently, 30 employees work in the canteen of NIS Turkestan, serving students in three shifts and providing them with high-calorie meals five times a day.
For example, according to the Thursday menu, the following dishes are prepared in the canteen:
🥣Buckwheat porridge with milk – 140 liters
🥚Boiled eggs – 650 pieces
🧈Butter – 6.5 kg
🫖Fruit tea – 135 liters
🍞Bread (white and black) – 155 loaves
🥗Fruits – 660 pieces
🥗Vinaigrette salad – 70 kg
🍲First course with fish – 80 liters
🥩Meat cutlets – 75 kg
🥔Mashed potatoes – 105 kg
🍹Dried fruit compote – 69-71 liters
🧁Cottage cheese muffins
🥗Korean salad with carrots and cucumbers – 20 kg
🥘Pilaf with beef – 50 kg
🧃Fruit juice – 40 liters
🥐Buns – 10-15 kg
🍹Hibiscus drink – 450 liters
Regular meetings of the inspection committee are held at our school. The members of the commission conduct a thorough inspection of the canteen, paying attention to the sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the dishes, floors, and storage areas. They also check the medical books and work permits of the canteen staff. Additionally, the documents confirming the quality of the products supplied to the canteen and their certificates are carefully examined.
