THE THIRD MEETING OF THE INSPECTION COMMISSION WAS HELD

🌱🍽️ The third meeting of the inspection commission was held at our school. The primary purpose of this meeting was to ensure compliance with the sanitary and epidemiological requirements for food conditions specified in Chapter 3 of Order No. (ҚР ДСМ-16) and the regulations outlined in Government Resolution No. 320 dated March 12, 2012. The commission reviewed food preparation standards, nutritional value, service quality, and the sanitary conditions of food storage facilities.
🌱🍽️ The commission members included the school principal and deputies, the dormitory supervisor, a pediatrician, a curator, a cook, and parents of students. These meetings are held monthly according to a set schedule.
🌱🍽️ During this session, the lunch menu was presented, featuring a tomato salad with sweet peppers and spices, noodle soup, buckwheat with chicken, rye and wheat bread, and a fruit compote.
🌱🍽️ Commission members sampled the dishes, inspected their preparation process, and monitored the storage conditions of food supplies to ensure compliance with sanitary requirements.
