Aliya Zharkynova, a Grade 12 "G" student at our school, became a finalist in the startup project competition held as part of the ASTANA WOMEN SUMMIT — a large-scale forum dedicated to female leadership, education, and innovation.

Out of nearly 400 competing projects, Aliya won a full tuition grant to the Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU) with her innovative project, EcoGlue.

About the Project

EcoGlue is an eco-friendly initiative focused on manufacturing construction adhesive from recycled styrofoam waste. The project aims to address pressing environmental issues and promote sustainable recycling technologies. ♻️

The ASTANA WOMEN SUMMIT brought together leaders, experts, and young entrepreneurs from all across the country, serving as a vital platform for exchanging ideas and supporting promising initiatives.
