Computer Science Teacher from Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Taraz Participates in International STEM Program in China

Maxim Rybalkin, a Computer Science teacher at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Taraz, took part in the second stage of the “Enhancing the Innovative Capacity of STEM Teachers from Central Asian Countries” program, held in Xi’an, China.

The program was conducted at Shaanxi Normal University from March 23 to 29, 2026.

Focused on the theme “General Education in Artificial Intelligence,” the program provided participants with opportunities to:

• explore modern theories and methodologies for teaching artificial intelligence;

• develop projects tailored to the needs of the Central Asian region;

• gain experience in integrating culture and technology.

Throughout the program, educators explored international best practices, enhanced their practical skills, and developed innovative projects.

Such professional development opportunities empower teachers to introduce new approaches into the educational process and contribute to improving the quality of student learning.
