In honor of the 95th anniversary of the renowned Kazakh poet Mukagali Makataev, our school hosted an expressive reading contest titled “My Heart — a Volcano”. The event aimed to pay tribute to the poet’s legacy and introduce his immortal works to the younger generation.

The contest was unique as it involved not only 7th-grade students but also their parents. On stage, poems by Mukagali about homeland, friendship, life, and love were read, touching the hearts of the audience.
