🌱The School-Level Competition within the “Wikipedia” Project Concluded

At the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Natural and Mathematical Sciences in Taraz, a school-level competition was successfully held to increase the number of articles in Kazakh on Wikipedia. The winners and top participants were recognized and awarded.

The main goal of the event was to develop high-quality, reliable, and relevant content in the Kazakh language in the era of artificial intelligence, as well as to enhance students’ information literacy.

During the competition, participants created articles aimed at developing Wikipedia and Wiki data, contributing to the future of open educational resources.

They made over 200 edits, significantly improving existing materials. Additionally, 7th-grade student Nuraly Shyrynkhan made 50 edits — a shining example of initiative and diligence.
