Startup projects of NIS students - Best

Students of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Taldykorgan became prize-winners in the regional forum “Digital Jetisu Forum”.

Young innovators presented their startup ideas to the jury. Thus, the TechVision project by Diana Khasimova and Artur Golovanov took first place. This startup is developing a line of devices for people with visual impairments: a device for learning Braille and devices for recognizing banknotes based on a neural network.

The unique startup “Greenlegend” by students of grades 11-12 Inkar Kurmanbaeva, Ayaulym Alieva, Ayim Bauyrzhankyzy won second place.

— Concern for the ecology of our planet is gaining increasing popularity. Perhaps even in the future, robots will help restore natural resources. Our project can serve as an example of such robots. The robot autonomously plants seedlings with a closed root system, thus restoring forests, the students concluded.

Both startup projects were awarded cash certificates.
