Vadim Nemytov, one of the founders of ASPMK-519 LLP, gave a lesson on financial literacy to students of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School.
The company has billions of turnover and is included in the Forbes list of the largest private companies in Kazakhstan.
The meeting took place as part of the presentation of the new school financial literacy club. It was initiated by a 9th grade student Anna Nemytova.
The aim of the club is to provide teenagers with practical knowledge and skills in the field of finance using interactive teaching methods.
According to the author of the project, research shows that young people often have difficulty understanding the basics of financial principles, such as budget, savings, investments and lending. Which can lead to financial problems in the future.
— I have created a special platform for studying financial literacy. It has 12 sections, each with detailed lessons on the topics. For example, the first lesson provides information about what money is? How does the economy work? Money and society, money and the state. You can access the application using a special QR code. I would like to note that my club and my training will also help to develop entrepreneurial thinking," Anna shared.
At the meeting, entrepreneur Vadim Nemytov told the students of the Intellectual School about his company and its activities. The guest's master class became interesting for the children, where the price and cost of the product were analyzed in a dialogue on a specific case, and permanent and permanent costs were determined.
— Meetings of this format are very useful. We have received some valuable financial advice. I was interested in Anna's proposal. We think lessons on financial literacy should be taken at a young age, — students of grades 9-10 summed up.
