A new project “Ziyat” has started

A new project “Ziyat” has started at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Taldykorgan. It was initiated by 11th grade student Zhanibek Kenzhebek.

“Ziyat” includes educational lectures and meetings with interesting people. The first guest of the project was the scientist and Alash expert Eldos Toktarbay.

For students of the Intellectual School, he gave a lecture “The Elite of the Alash Movement: Personal Development, Intelligentsia, Leadership.” During the meeting, Eldos Toktarbai spoke about the heroism and works of the leaders of the national liberation movement.

As he himself notes, his main goal is to convey to the younger generation the importance of the movement of representatives of the national intelligentsia at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries and the dedication of fighters for justice and freedom.

— As a speaker, I often meet with young people, I have been invited to different educational institutions, to different regions of the country. My task is to increase interest in the Alash movement, their life and activities, so that young people can grow up following the examples of these leaders. Just like they strived a lot, they were educated and knew their history,” he said.

The “Ziyat” project, according to the author Zhanibek Kenzhebek, will help to develop both intellectually and spiritually-morally.
