NIS Summer School: Study, creativity and active recreation

The Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Taldykorgan hosted a summer school that combined study, creativity and active recreation. Every day was eventful: the students not only deepened their knowledge, but also took part in exciting outdoor activities. The curriculum included lessons in mathematics, Kazakh, Russian and English, as well as natural sciences. The short but intense classes helped the students to repeat the material in a light and relaxed atmosphere. Extracurricular activities occupied a special place in the schedule. The students completed the training "We are different, but we are together", participated in the national games tournament, flash mob, dombra and dance lessons. They also went hiking in the Veterans Park and studied the tourist course: "Installation and assembly of tents." The intellectual and cognitive game "Brain NIS" was dedicated to the 180th anniversary of Abai Kunanbayev. The children actively participated in an outdoor game on the embankment of the Karatal River, the quest "The Way of Wisdom of Abai" and the talent festival. The NIS Summer School ended on a high note, leaving the participants with many pleasant memories and new knowledge.
