NIS Taldykorgan Leadership Forum: New Horizons for Future Leaders

The Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Taldykorgan hosted the Samga Leadership Forum, which brought together students from secondary schools in the city and the region. The event became a platform for the exchange of experience and the development of leadership skills among young people. Within the framework of the forum, participants held master classes and trainings aimed at developing logic and attention. The team intellectual game "Brain NIS" became especially memorable, where the guys were able to show their abilities and learn how to work as a team. Almyrza Datkaev, the president of the school, delivered a motivational speech, which inspired the participants to achieve and actively participate in the life of society. "Each of you is a leader, and your task is not only to develop your skills, but also to share them with others," he stressed. Diana Khasimova, winner and prize-winner of a number of national and international robotics competitions and Olympiads, also spoke at the forum. She noted how knowledge in this field can help with university admission and further career growth. "Robotics is not only an exciting hobby, but also a great opportunity for the future," she added. The team building and psychological trainings held within the framework of the forum were an excellent opportunity for participants to make friends and exchange personal skills. "I met leaders from other schools and learned a lot of new things. It was an unforgettable experience," Adema Barunkyzy, a 10th grade student at secondary school No. 25, shared her impressions.
