Fathers' Forum: Strengthening family ties at Nazarbayev Intellectual School

The Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Taldykorgan hosted the Fathers' Forum "Ake – otbasynn dingegi". The event became a platform for discussing the importance of the father's role in the family and the upbringing of the younger generation. Scientific research confirms that the active participation of the father in the child's life has a positive effect on his emotional and social development. Children who have supportive and involved fathers are more likely to demonstrate high academic achievement, self-confidence, and stress tolerance. Psychological trainings aimed at developing communication and understanding skills were conducted within the framework of the forum for fathers. These trainings have become an important step towards fathers becoming not only authorities, but also true friends for their children. The exciting moment of the forum was the delivery of letters written by children to their fathers. These letters are confessions as a symbol of love and respect, as well as an opportunity for children to express their feelings and thoughts. Many fathers were touched by the sincerity and depth of the written words. Activities and sports games were also organized for fathers and students.
