The teachers of the Chemistry and Biology track from the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Shymkent city are exchanging experiences.

At the Ibragim Ata General Education School, which is under the Department of Education of the Sayram District, an "Open Door Day" and an experience exchange seminar with teachers of the Chemistry and Biology track from the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Shymkent city were held.

The main goal of the event was to improve the psychological climate within the school team, enhance the professional qualifications and skills of teachers, exchange experiences, and improve the quality of teaching.

The NIS teachers conducted seminar lessons. In addition, explanatory sessions were held regarding the competitive selection process.

Next, the director of the Ibragim Ata General Education School, F. Ismailova, organized a psychological training for the teachers, creating a positive atmosphere.

During the event, the leaders of the school's "Handicraft" and chess clubs conducted demonstration lessons. The seminar participants also held a round table discussion, where effective teaching methods were discussed.
