As part of the Humanities Methodological Week, our school organized a creative competition titled “The Best Video Dedicated to Independence Day.” This event aimed to deepen students’ understanding of the concept of independence, strengthen their respect for national values, and develop their creative abilities.

Purpose and Features of the Competition

Independence Day is one of the most important holidays in our nation’s history. Accordingly, the competition provided students with an opportunity to express their perspectives through video. Participants showcased their work in various formats—historical reviews, patriotic scenes, artistic editing, original narration, and visual effects.

Students of grades 7–8 demonstrated exceptional activity, and the contest took place in a dynamic and engaging atmosphere. Each video clearly reflected the students’ love for their country, respect for its past, and confidence in the future.

The submitted works were presented for open voting among the school community. The participants’ efforts were highly appreciated, and the following classes were recognized as winners:

🥇 7 “V” class — for artistic quality and depth of content
🥇 8 “F” class — for innovative ideas and excellent editing skills

The videos created by these classes received the highest number of votes and were acknowledged as the best entries.
