On November 27, 2024, an integrated physical education lesson with biology was held in the 8th "K" class in section No. 3: Gymnastics, lesson topic: "Rhythmic gymnastics", learning objectives: 8.3.2.1. to demonstrate the sequence of exercises that affect the functional systems of the body. The integrated lesson was conducted by the teacher-expert of NIS physical culture Tleulov Erbol Ernstovich and the teacher- expert of NIS biology Shamanova Oksana Ruslanovna. The integrated lesson was aimed at forming students' understanding of the relationship between physical activity and biological processes in the body. The study of the effect of physical activity on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, which will help students realize the importance of regular physical exercise to promote health and increase endurance. During the lesson, students consolidated their knowledge about the work of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems under physical exertion. Practical measurements of the pulse rate and respiratory rate were carried out. The importance of biological knowledge in physical culture and everyday life is demonstrated. The lesson touched upon the problems of how the heart rate changes during exercise, and what does this say about the state of the cardiovascular system? How does the respiratory system work during physical activity, and why is increasing oxygen intake in the body so important? Why does physical activity improve the overall condition of the body, and what mechanisms provide this effect? What exercises most effectively train the cardiovascular and respiratory systems? How does regular physical activity affect disease prevention and immune system strengthening? The integration of physical education and biology has made it possible to increase the motivation of students, make the lesson more interesting and applied. It contributed to a deep understanding by students of the connection between theory and practice, and allowed them to clearly demonstrate how biological knowledge is used in everyday life and in the process of physical activity. Through integration, students realized the importance of physical exercise for health and learned to analyze the changes occurring in their body during the lesson. In addition, this approach helps to develop students' interest in the study of natural sciences, strengthens teamwork and introspection skills, and also shows how scientific knowledge helps to improve the quality of life.
