The Autonomous Educational Organization “Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools” organized activities to share pedagogical experience within the framework of the national project “Keleshek Mektepteri.” More than 100 teachers from the districts of the Turkistan region participated in the seminar-workshops titled “Modern School Laboratory: Practical Skills for Teachers,” held at NIS regional bases.

During the seminars, subject teachers of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, trainers from the NIS Center of Pedagogical Excellence, as well as teachers from rural hub schools shared their best practices.

The three-day professional development program covered Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics, STEAM, and Robotics. The main goal of the seminar-workshops was to develop teachers’ skills in the effective and safe use of laboratory equipment in the educational process, as well as to improve practical teaching methods in natural science subjects.
