Shymkent-Abai NIS and Sabyr Rakhymov Military College Sign Cooperation Memorandum

Shymkent-Abai NIS and the Sabyr Rakhymov Military College under the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed a cooperation memorandum.
