**A Scientific Article by Shymkent–Abai NIS Teachers Published in the KKSON-Listed «Khabarshy» Journal**

A joint scientific article by the history teachers of the Abai NIS school in Shymkent – Suleymenova Gulzhamila Markabayevna, Zhamelov Baglan Altayevich and Kasymbekov Arman Serikbayevich was published in the scientific journal , presented by the committee for quality assurance in the field of Science and higher education of the Ministry of Science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (KKSON).

The teachers conducted a study on the topic «Тhe effectiveness of the Action Research approach in the study of the teacher's own experience» and analyzed in detail the importance of the Action Research method in improving the professional development and quality of education of the teacher. In the course of the study, it was proved that the teacher can improve the educational process by critically looking at his experience, identifying a specific problem and systematically studying it.

The article shows that the Action Research approach contributes to improving the quality of learning, the development of cognitive activity of students and the formation of the teacher's reflection skills. In addition, the authors analyzed the data obtained on the basis of experience and proposed ways to effectively apply this method in school practice.

This scientific publication is the result of the systematic work of school teachers on the formation of a research culture. The success of teachers is a clear manifestation of search and professional development aimed at improving the quality of Education.
