On March 14, an exciting and informative meeting was held between Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Shymkent and The International school of Gabon Ruban Vert. The meeting aimed to sharpen students’ ICT skills through a number of challenges carefully prepared by the organising team and promote a meaningful discussion on the role of ICT in addressing global issues. Additionally, students further explored their peers’ interests and passions proving how much they have in common. Students’ genuine interest in the topic and active engagement with the discussion demonstrated their commitment to be global citizens who value diversity and strive for sustainable living. The meeting was organised by the collaborative effort of passionate educators from our school: a project coordinator Xeniya Alikulova, an ICT teacher Arsen Kaskarov, and a librarian Zhazira Yeskarayeva who added a touch of book magic to this wonderful meeting and the amazing ERV team who made an invaluable contribution to this meeting.
