NIS Shymkent-Abay

On February 18, 2013, the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in the Abay district of Shymkent city was opened. The school was established as part of the "20 Intellectual Schools" project initiated by the First President, Nursultan Nazarbayev, in 2008. The school's mission is to provide in-depth knowledge, develop students' scientific and technical potential, and nurture future leaders.
