Experience broadcast

The experience broadcast of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools is one of the priority areas of education in Semey. Teaching and training on the new program, along with providing methodological assistance to secondary school teachers, began in 2012.

In the initial years, close cooperation was established with the Abay Secondary School in the village of Ylgili Malshy in the Kokpekti district and School № 25 in Semey. Within this partnership, teachers from the Intellectual Schools visited the rural school annually to provide methodological support to subject teachers.

Since 2017, teachers in the region’s schools have been making efforts to master the updated content of education.

The work on experience broadcast extends beyond this. NIS teachers also train students pursuing pedagogical specialties. For this purpose, a bilateral agreement was signed with educational institutions in Semey, including Shakarim State University and M. Auezov Pedagogical College. Thanks to this agreement, students from these institutions can undergo practical training at the schools and enhance their knowledge and skills. Currently, students studying physics, chemistry, and geography are continuing their practical training.

In October 2022, a workshop titled “School: Educating the Individual” was held for rural teachers, librarians, class supervisors, and deputy directors for educational work in the Abay region. More than 220 colleagues participated in the event.

In 2022, as part of the national project “Development of the Potential of Hub Schools in Rural Areas,” the urban multipurpose gymnasium school in Ayagoz city was designated as a hub school. Close work with this educational institution is ongoing.

Since 2023, strong ties have been established with two hub schools in the Aksuat and Zharma districts. Additionally, in 2024, close relationships have been developed with four hub schools in the Abay, Beskaragai, Borodulikа, and Kokpekti districts.
