NIS Semey Student Wins First Place in Linguistics Olympiad

Darhan Poezkanov, an 11th-grade student at NIS Semey School, claimed first place at the Republican Olympiad in Linguistics. Darhan has been participating in national competitions for three consecutive years, consistently achieving excellent results. As a member of Kazakhstan's national team, he participated in international Olympiads: in Bulgaria in 2023 and in Brazil in 2024.

According to his mentor, Symbat Mazhikov, Darhan will soon take part in training camps. If he continues to show outstanding results, the international stage could be within his reach.
