Sharing Pedagogical Experience: The Future of Rural Schools

Today, teachers from reference schools in the Abai, Beskaragai, Borodulikha, and Kokpekty districts gathered at NIS Semey. Throughout the day, they participated in lessons and master classes developed by the experienced teachers of our school, which contributed to their professional competency development.

Additionally, school principals and deputy principals from the region received valuable insights from our school principal, Narken Burkenov, deputy principal Nurgaza Tursungazin, and foreign educator Anifowose Omolaja Micheal. They shared practical experiences from the Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, which proved beneficial for the seminar participants.

Our psychologists discussed strategies for creating a comfortable and safe educational environment, while the librarian presented effective methods to enhance reading and information literacy among students.

This event was organized as part of the project “Capacity Building of Support Schools in Rural Areas.”
