NIS Semey Students Win Awards at ENACTUS Kazakhstan National Expo 2026

The ENACTUS Kazakhstan National Expo 2026, a national entrepreneurship competition for school and university students, was held in Almaty. This large-scale event brought together students from schools, colleges, and universities across the country, as well as representatives of the business and education sectors.

A team from the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Semey demonstrated a high level of preparation and ranked among the winners, taking third place out of 144 teams.

The team’s achievements did not end there. In the “The Best Captain” category, 11th-grade student Ayazhan Tangirberdi won first place. For their strong teamwork, cohesion, and interest in entrepreneurship, the team also received the “Team Spirit Award” and “Top Five School Team” awards.

In addition, 11th-grade students Balausa Muratbekova, Dulat Askerkhan, and Aliya Tolymkhanova received full educational scholarships to Urban College. Ayazhan Tangirberdi and Nuray Bakytzhanova were awarded full scholarships for a one-year certification program at the New York Film Academy Kazakhstan.

The team’s success confirms the high level of student preparation and the active development of school entrepreneurship at NIS Semey.
