A meeting with Daulet Mukayev, member of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and renowned economist, was held at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Semey. The event was part of the “Zhanynda zhury zhaksy adam” project and was organized by the boarding school staff.

Before the meeting, the guest familiarized himself with the life of the school and boarding facilities, as well as with the students’ research projects. The students presented their work, discussed their areas of study, and shared the results they had achieved. Mr. Mukayev noted the practical significance of the projects and their relevance to current challenges.

“I am glad to have the opportunity to meet with you. You are the generation that will shape the future of the country. Use your free time for self-development, character building, and conscientious work. Do not stop at what you have achieved—set ambitious goals and move confidently toward new heights,” he emphasized, wishing the students success.

The meeting continued in the auditorium as an open dialogue. Participants discussed civic responsibility, the role of education in modern society, and the importance of taking an active position in life. According to the organizers, the main goal of the event was to inspire students to value knowledge, responsibility, and hard work.

During the meeting, two students painted a portrait of Daulet Mukayev live in the auditorium and presented the finished artwork to him as a gift at the end of the event.
