From October 28 to 30, the regional stage of the traditional Network Spartakiad of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools was held at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Semey.

For three days, the sports grounds were filled with excitement as boys’ and girls’ teams from six regions of the country competed for a place in the final stage of the competition.

This year, the Spartakiad brought together around 100 participants who demonstrated a high level of skill, teamwork, and determination to win.

Based on the results of the competition, the strongest teams were determined:

Among the girls:
1st place – NIS Almaty-Medeu
2nd place – NIS Pavlodar
3rd place – NIS Ust-Kamenogorsk

Among the boys:
1st place – NIS Pavlodar
2nd place – NIS Ust-Kamenogorsk
3rd place – NIS Taldykorgan

During the Spartakiad, special awards were also presented to the best players of the tournament:

• Best Defender – Shynarbekova Gaukhar (NIS Taldykorgan) and Kabdesh Sätjan (NIS Semey)

• Best Setter – Talgat Ailin and Kazkenov Nurtore (NIS Karaganda)

• Best Forward – Aitakin Tilek (NIS Almaty-Medeu) and Aiken Ayaulym (NIS Semey)

• Best Player – Murat Amira (NIS Almaty-Medeu) and Bayshukur Nurgalym (NIS Pavlodar)

The main goal of the Spartakiad is to promote a healthy lifestyle, develop a culture of sports among students, and strengthen friendly ties between Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools.
