A regional forum for young teachers of general education schools in the Abai region, titled “Zhas ustaz: tabyska aparar zhol,” was held at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Semey. About 200 young teachers from the city and surrounding districts participated in the event.

Opening the forum, Kulfarida Raisova, Director of the Center for Pedagogical Excellence in Ust-Kamenogorsk, and Yerbol Kainarbayev, Director of the school, emphasized the importance of continuous professional development and personal growth for teachers in the context of modern education.

During the motivational session, inspiring speeches were delivered by Bakytgul Masalimova, Head of the Department for Quality Assurance in Education of the region; Askhat Mukhanov, Chairman of the Board of JSC “Nuclear Technology Park”; PhD Zhanat Baigazinov, Candidate of Biological Sciences; and the Deputy Director of the R. Baiseitov Semey Financial and Economic College. Their words provided participants with additional motivation for professional growth and creative exploration.

The forum also featured educational master classes conducted by both young specialists and experienced teachers from the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Semey. Participants discussed modern teaching approaches, the integration of artificial intelligence into the educational process, inclusive education, and the use of digital tools in teaching.
