On October 22, 2025, the “Elimai” shanyrak hosted an intellectual game titled "Read Abai, Be Amazed", dedicated to the 180th anniversary of the great Kazakh poet and thinker Abai Kunanbayev.

The event was held within the framework of the project “Poets of the Great Steppe”. The main goal of the game was to deepen students’ knowledge of Abai’s life and creative work, promote spiritual values, broaden their horizons, and develop their creative abilities.

The event was organized by the shanyrak coordinator Nurgul Sultaeva. Active participants included students from grades 9A, 7A, and 7D. During the competition, students answered questions about Abai’s life and works, recited excerpts from his poems and “THE WORDS OF EDIFICATIONS", and shared their reflections and impressions.

Holding such an intellectual event helps students develop critical thinking, responsibility, teamwork, and a commitment to lifelong learning. The spirit of collaboration also strengthened the sense of unity and mutual support among participants.
