Parents’ Spartakiad: Triumph of the NIS Kyzylorda Team

The "Qazaqtyn Batyr Barysy" Parents' Spartakiad, dedicated to the memory of Olympic champion Bekzat Sattarkhanov, has concluded in Shymkent. The competition brought together parents of students from Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools in Kyzylorda, Taraz, Shymkent, and Turkestan.

Teams competed in various sports, including volleyball, table tennis, chess, läñgi, togyzkumalak, and archery. All participants demonstrated a high level of skill, excellent physical preparation, and strong team spirit.

As a result, the NIS Kyzylorda team achieved the best overall performance and secured first place in the general standings. The parents won gold in volleyball, togyzkumalak, archery, and läñgi, took second place in chess, and third place in table tennis.

Winners and prize-winners were awarded special diplomas and commemorative prizes. The Spartakiad was not just a sporting event but also a symbol of unity, a healthy lifestyle, and the preservation of national traditions.
