19 December 2024 15:43

As part of the "Bookcrossing" project, the Nazarbayev Intellectual School (NIS) in Kyzylorda held its annual initiative aimed at supporting rural schools and promoting reading.

Students and staff of the school joined efforts to collect around 200 books, which were donated to the library of Secondary School No. 219 named after Y. Altynsarin in the Shieli district. The collection includes fiction, popular science books, and educational materials, enriching the school's library and helping students broaden their horizons and deepen their knowledge.

This meaningful tradition at NIS not only encourages students to share their favorite books but also contributes to enhancing educational opportunities in rural schools.
