NIS Kyzylorda Introduces a Digital Platform to Monitor Staff Performance Indicators

21 October 2026 16:09

Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Kyzylorda is piloting its own digital platform designed to monitor employees’ key performance indicators (KPIs).

The platform enables the school to systematically track progress against the targets outlined in its Development Plan and analyse each employee’s contribution to achieving the school’s objectives. It is designed to provide a structured overview of employees’ work-related results and their contribution to the school’s overall performance.

As part of the pilot phase, Aibek AbeKen, the school’s IT specialist and website developer, together with Ulzhan Konysova, the school’s HR Manager, is guiding staff on how to use the platform. The sessions cover data entry procedures, the correct completion of performance indicators and the key principles of working with the system.

The pilot phase will help assess the platform’s usability, identify potential challenges and establish a consistent approach to entering and managing data.

The development and implementation of this in-house digital solution aim to strengthen the monitoring of the school’s Development Plan, analyse staff contributions to shared goals and improve internal management processes.
