A New Chapter, New Opportunities

Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Kyzylorda welcomed the new academic year with a special assembly celebrating Knowledge Day.

The event began by honouring the school’s newest seventh-grade students as they officially joined the NIS community. This year, 130 students were awarded the Örken educational grant. They were introduced to the school’s key projects and traditions, designed to help them discover their talents, take initiative, and become active members of the NIS community.

Student performances added a warm and festive atmosphere to the celebration. Through music, the young performers shared what the school means to them and highlighted the values that unite NIS students and teachers.

School Principal Akbar Tussupbayev congratulated the school community, reflected on its recent achievements, outlined the key priorities for the year ahead, and wished students and teachers every success in the new academic year.
