A First Step into the World of NIS:

Orientation Week Begins for Grade 7 Students

Today, NIS Kyzylorda welcomed its new Grade 7 students as Orientation Week officially began. For the first time, they entered the school as NIS students, met their classmates, and learned what their new school life would look like.

During a guided tour, the students explored the classrooms and learning spaces where they will study, pursue creative activities, conduct research, and develop their own projects.

They were also introduced to the school’s educational approach, lesson structure, internal rules, and principles of academic integrity. In the coming days, the students will attend language classes, meet their teachers, and receive their textbooks.

Orientation Week will help the new students adjust to their surroundings, become familiar with key school expectations, and feel part of the wider NIS community.
