Two Stars: Students and teachers performed in duets at a vocal competition

The creative competition “Two Stars” concluded at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Kyzylorda, where students performed duets with school staff.

13 pairs competed in the musical contest. Live performances featured soundtracks from popular films of the Kazakhstani and international film industry. Each musical scene was accompanied by dance performances and vibrant show programs.

The grand prize of the competition was awarded to the duet of the student from Shanyrak “Zhankent,” Nazym Oryntai, and the mathematics teacher Baymen Sabit. The first place went to Aierke Absadyk from Shanyrak “Aisha Bibi” and the school director Zhanbyrzhan Bekbolatov. The second place was shared by two pairs – Temirlan Amantay and the educator of additional education Zhanibek Turganbay, as well as Daria Meyrzhanqyzy and the computer science teacher Ulzhan Abuova. Closing the trio of winners are Biganym Kamal with her classmate Algani Amir, Zhantore Serikbai and the laboratory assistant Aisha Zhuginis, and Ondasyn Shamgun and the curator-teacher Nurzhan Bisenbayev.
