Students of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Kyzylorda have won first place in the national online art contest “Yelimnin Erteni-2026” (The Future of My Country), held in the fantasy genre and organized by the педагогical community “NIS USTAZ.”

Shugyla Torebek (Grade 9) and Adelina Finansova (Grade 10) were both awarded first place. Their mentors are Batyrkhan Yelamanov and Nariman Sariyev.

In their artworks, the students presented original visions of Kyzylorda’s future, blending cultural heritage with innovative technologies.

“It was truly exciting for me to imagine what my hometown will look like in the future and how it will develop. In my work, I depicted Kyzylorda in 2050, combining cultural landmarks with modern technology,” said Adelina Finansova.

In Shugyla’s artwork “Bolashaq Syr Eli” (The Future Land of Syr), the city is portrayed in a futuristic style, featuring glass towers, geometric domes, eco-friendly buildings with green spaces, and multi-level infrastructure-highlighting the region’s dynamic growth and technological advancement.
