School Psychologist Zhadyra Konisbaeva Recognized for Professional Excellence at National Competition

An awards ceremony for the winners of the national “Best Psychologist of the Year” competition was held in Almaty. Zhadyra Konisbaeva, a school psychologist at NIS Kyzylorda, was awarded second place.

As part of the competition, she presented her original program titled “Emotions and Talent: A New Formula for Personal Harmony.” The project focuses on developing adolescents’ emotional intelligence through innovative psychological approaches. It aims to strengthen students’ resilience in the digital age, enhance emotional literacy, and unlock their personal potential.

The program incorporates a transformational coaching game, art therapy techniques, and custom-designed associative (MAC) cards created by the author.

The national “Best Psychologist of the Year” competition seeks to enhance the professional skills of educational psychologists, promote the exchange of best practices, and advance effective approaches to supporting students’ psychological well-being.

The competition is held annually by the Republican Scientific and Practical Center “Daryn” under the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
