Book Start: Reading Begins with Family

As part of the "Book Start" project, an event was held at the NIS Kyzylorda library aimed at encouraging parents to foster a love of reading in children from an early age.

The event was attended by school staff with their children, as well as preschoolers from the "Shattyk" kindergarten. The event stood out for the active participation of fathers.

The young participants eagerly colored pictures, immersing themselves in the world of colors and images. Meanwhile, the parents worked in groups, creating mind maps on the topic: "Dad. Mom. Child. Book." The main idea was how to read together with children and make the process both interesting and beneficial.

"Book Start" is the beginning of a long journey toward a family of readers, where books become a connecting link between generations.
