Project Festival

22 April 2025 16:53

The first intra-school Project Festival was held at NIS Kyzylorda, bringing together students from grades 8 and 11 in a joint research initiative. The event marked an important step in fostering a culture of project-based learning and developing students' research skills.

A total of 155 projects were presented at the festival across nine thematic areas, including ecology, economics, law, medicine, social and academic issues, as well as topics related to public well-being. Eighth-grade students served as the primary developers of the projects, presenting their own ideas and solutions to current real-world challenges. Eleventh-grade students took on the role of mentors, assisting younger students with data collection and analysis, project formatting, and preparation for public presentations.

The festival became a significant platform for self-expression, experience-sharing, and the creation of an active learning environment where every student had the opportunity to showcase their ideas and contribute to the development of the school community.
