Mentoring

project

The Mentoring project is aimed at creating conditions for informal learning. 11th grade students with experience and knowledge act as mentors and consultants for their wards - students in grades 8-9, thereby continuing the idea of continuity of the Shanyrak student community. Successful mentoring relationships provide various benefits to both the student and the mentor.

This project will allow students to develop a positive attitude towards school and improve the climate in the school community. Students build self-confidence, self-esteem and a sense of belonging to the community. The implementation of mentoring goes through a certain cycle in which the relationship becomes more comfortable for the mentor and the student.

Observing the fundamental principles in the implementation of mentoring (equality, trust, responsibility and providing feedback) will allow you to achieve the best result.

At the beginning of the school year, students of grades 8-9 are distributed among mentors (11th grade students), with whom work is carried out in the following stages: research - action - reflection - demonstration.
