Dombra
Playing stringed instruments has a positive effect on student development, improving coordination, motor skills, musical abilities, cognitive functions, as well as contributing to emotional and creative development.
The Dombra project for 7th grade students is aimed at instilling national values and developing a love for national music through learning to play the dombra. The purpose of the project is to ensure that the possession of the instrument contributes to the spiritual and moral development of students. Dombra, as a national instrument, plays an important role in the preservation of cultural heritage and national code. In this regard, dombra should be made a national brand and preserve the Kazakh identity through the introduction of a mandatory project for 7th grade students, which will strengthen the connection with traditions and culture, as well as develop students' sense of pride in their cultural heritage.
