The regional forum of young teachers "Zhas ustaz: tabyska aparar zhol"

The regional forum of young teachers "Zhas ustaz: tabyska aparar zhol" was held at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Petropavlovsk. This significant event for novice teachers of the North Kazakhstan region has been held for the third year in a row by the Center for Pedagogical Excellence of the AEO "Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools".

This year, more than 100 young teachers working in various district and rural schools of the region came to the forum. At the plenary session, teachers were greeted by representatives of various fields of activity with motivating speeches. They not only inspired the participants to achieve professional achievements, but also shared their tips and conducted practical exercises.

For the first time, within the framework of the forum, master classes entitled "How to make each lesson special" were conducted by the participants themselves - young teachers. They presented their own experiences and approaches to learning. Attention was paid to the same topical issues: the motivation of students, the integration of artificial intelligence into the educational process, the development of functional and emotional literacy, the creation of a friendly and supportive atmosphere at school, as well as the introduction of research activities into teaching. Teachers of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School Petropavlovsk also held master classes for young teachers aimed at sharing experiences and professional growth.

The Zhas Ustaz Forum has once again proved its importance as a platform for the exchange of knowledge, inspiration and development in the educational field.
