The regional debate tournament "JasRepublic CUP"

The regional debate tournament "JasRepublic CUP" on the theme "Fair, clean and safe Kazakhstan" was held at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Petropavlovsk. 12 teams took part in the tournament, including students of city schools, as well as teams from Kyzylzhar district and Shal Akyn district. In total, 10 factions in Kazakh and 14 factions in Russian were represented. Nazarbayev Intellectual School presented three teams in each of the languages.

According to the results of the tournament, the students of NIS Petropavlovsk took 4 prizes. In the Kazakh League, the Winners and Alash teams received certificates of participants, and the Batopori team took the honorable 3rd place. In the Russian League, the debaters of the Siyazh team also won the 3rd place, the 2+1 team became the second, and the Legion team was awarded the first place and will represent the region at the republican stage.

At the solemn line-up, the winners and prize-winners were congratulated by the director of the school, Daniyar Ualiyev, presenting diplomas and a cup for excellent results. Now the best team has to participate in the republican stage, where they will have to defend the honor of the region and the school.
