NASA International Space Apps Challenge hackathon

Students of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Petropavlovsk took part in the NASA International Space Apps Challenge hackathon, which took place in the Maker Space at American Corner. At the hackathon, children solved various problems on the topic of Earth, space and astronomy.

Following the results of the event, the team, which included 3 students of NIs Petropavlovsk – Azat Kabiden, Alexander Sherstobitov and Aigerim Bekkozhina took 1st place and received a cash prize of 300 thousand tenge.

Kabylda Sarsekey, Timur Imanov, Adilet Bagramov Sabina Ibraeva, Amina Mustafina and Alain Alizhanov took 2nd place and were awarded a prize of 100 thousand tenge. The winners on the traditional line were also congratulated by the director of the school, Daniyar Uliyev.
