Аdaptation week has started for 7th grade students

At the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Petropavlovsk, an adaptation week has started for 7th grade students.

This year, 134 new students have joined NIS: 129 of them became recipients of the state grant “Өркен”, while another 5 students will study on a tuition-paying basis.
During the week leading up to the beginning of the academic year, students get acquainted with the features of their new educational environment: they meet their curators, subject teachers, school psychologists, and others. Special attention is given to safety regulations and adaptation to an intensive learning pace.

Students dive into mathematics, Kazakh, and English, while gradually learning to interact with each other. Adaptation week helps them take their first steps into the large NIS school family and confidently begin a new stage of their lives.
